I've emailed support and tried logging in but it won't let me, my account is REMOVED been playing since 2011, after the game came out on android I started playing on android with the same username, so now after the cross server thing I tried logging on with iOS account and it won't let me log in , I tried that thing with the username+ ^iOS but it still won't work, please help I'm in world of rhiannon

Are you using lowercase ios and have you tried resetting your password with your registered email?

Yes I've tried resetting password through email but then it says incorrect username and/or email, it's the only email I've used and I even got emails from you for 2016 open beta test, so it can't be the wrong email
