Alt and Rebirth quest repeatable

#1
I know this suggestion has been brought up before but I suggest the quest for an alt book and rebirth book be repeatable. With all the new skills we need to test out new builds without having to pay 5 dollars or 15k gold each change. Of course there would be a limit of 1 alt book and rebirth book at a time and no trade but I think this would be fair to the players.

-1 alts and reb books are suppose to be hard to obtain.

If it's repeatable:

1. All the high lvls would start camping the quest mobs, giving us no chance to finish the quest afterall.
2. Economically, supply would go up by a whole lot and therefore price would have to decrease by a whole lot.
3. No one would buy reb and alt from plat store OTM would be sad. (no $$$) :(

maybe as weekly cause a normal repeatable would make the items worth less
+1 make it a repeatable weekly quest
Or they don't want it to be weekly, at least monthly. Surely that's not going to flood the world with alt books? With so many skills out there now for all classes, it would make the game more playable if there was a reliable way to get these books.
-1 Sorry but then no one would have to buy a book of alt or rebirth then why does it need to be a plat item i say just leave how it is
There's tons of skills now for all classes. It would make switching less painful. I don't think people would stop buying them from the plat store, they would buy the same amount but people would use more overall because of this quest.

How are we supposed to figure out a stable build if we can't test the skills at different levels? Other mmos have the service at a low in game gold fee. It would be no trade so would not flood the economy. Is it fair that it costs us 30-50k to find a build that fits us?
