they kinda are by giving others b4 me even if i sended b4 the other ones, please stop hating and try to take ur time and understand lol, the wrong thing by them is that they dont follow the tickets by date, i would send one ticket but everytime i see someone getting b4 me when i sended b4 them i get frusterated thats why, and i have the right to send in tickets then cuz i get a feelin that they missed my ticket so i need to send one more, if u understand?You slowed your own process down by sending multiple tickets , otm isn't to blame for your delay.

I'm not saying anything bad to you just trying to make sure you understand , the multiple tickets are causing your delay , it can be frustrating waiting for refund but these support guys are dealing with a ton of tickets and each follow up ticket you send , delays your original ticket.
