I need suport to unfreeze my frozen armor pieces. Please concider this request. It puts players at a huge disadvantage if they froze a piece before update. BTW, supports response to this was less then complimentary. They made it sound like the players were at fault for not completing quests. Actually, the problem here is that we did complete a quest and are punished for it. Please unfreeze pieces for those who ask for it.

I sent a support ticket bout a week ago, no response.But I'm a bit chill about it since I'm in no rush to pay for lunar bp and legs stuff

Im surprised there arent a lot more of these posts. We warned in beta that folks upgrading a meteoric piece to frozen will be upset they would lose their meteoric set bonus. OTM claims once you get 2 pieces or 3, you have better stats anyway. Not sure if thats true though, I know it isnt for 2/5 dragon and 3/5 frozen.
