I made it till about lvl 174 just using in game gold to get me the stuff i needed..finally caved in on this past double plat.

That's amazing, 174 without buying any. So far I'm 132 without plat

I stayed platinumless till level 70.

I started Killerado no platinum no wealth, she has become level 66 and has become pretty wealthy... Good luck!

So to be clear. None of the earlier posters used any Plat items at all? None.......

I find it hard to imagine that anyone could get to 150 without a Resto or an Idol.

But if you did congratulations.

The OP will have a frustrating but rewarding time. But I wonder when he hits 110 or 120 will he want to keep going without an Elix, idol or a backpack expansion?

My first character made 89 or 90 without any plat or plat items except a couple of backpacks and a few sigils. Completely different expereiennce to my first Alt who, tho he didnt use elix etc, did have some lux to start with. The first character was much more satisfying to play i must admit.

im trying atm to play on my ranger platless too:)

I've never brought ANY plat...just used idols, restos, lixes.

I made it to over lvl 100 on 5 accounts without using plat or buying any play items (Lix idol etc)

I got my rogue Croquette to 109 and bought plat for the druid's sigils after trading him for a druid and starting a new mage with sigils too (I have already been disabled, thanks.)
and I think I had bought 200$ worth of plat before the trade but that was for lux.

Keep in mind that they still use plat items. It's just that they only purchase them with in game gold.

I spent 25$ on the game and bought plat items to sell ended up making 60k and spent on quarts breastplate other than that im all plat less but i will be buying plat when i start playing again
