I realize it had to come to an end, but would have liked some notice that the beta forum was being pulled. One of the great things about beta (even with my off hours participation) was the sense of community and I liked continuing to bounce ideas and feedback around in that space. Was surprised and disappointed to find it just suddenly gone today.

Good, beta forums should have ended when beta was finished. It did nothing but give beta testers an upper hand over the other regular players.

The name speaks for it self "BETA TESTER". Once beta was finished so should have the inside information.

Well actually, beta testers were still signed up till next yr. Beta 4 forums were only up because we were meant to test the new engine that was meant to come out, mid year. But it seems because beta forums are closed that they will wait till next year with a fresh batch of testers.

I was so confused with what was happening

I actually think the forums should've stayed open like the poster Keridwyn wanted. She's entitled to it for extra hours of game play along with others. They put in their long hours of play on our classes so y not have it.

I believe the poster of, the comment "Beta testers get the upper hand" meant they us betas, get direct contact to the Devs of the game... But that is not true. Beta forums has just turned into a dev neglected war zone like feedback and discussion. They are too busy doing other things, and not really caring about the feedback. :/
