The thing with poetry is that it's allowed to take its own form. That's called artistic license. As a good example, look at the sentence structure and punctuation of E. E. Cummings. It's all over the place, yet he is a famous poet worldwide.

Good poem, I cannot express my true feelings as I may get topic locked. I will say this, to anyone whatever past present or future a person had a human lives are lost.

Exactly. However, he might still have only been busted for owning a gun; not murder. I'm not familiar with the English legal system so I can't say for sure.

The english lagal system is a little strange, it doesn't say amywhere that murder is illegal because it is common knowledge, it only covers the "grey areas."
