There are plenty of very good people able to fill those positions you have that are not able too but would love too. I thik education is just a status there are those who can do more with what they dont know than others can with what they know. I think you as well have a bit to much on your plate maybe it be a smart idea to have certain members of the game and forums to take a little responsablitiy upon request that is i have a few ideas if youd like to discuss them pm me.

I have sent your list of vacancies to a few friends, one an artist, another a game designer... Not sure if they want to cross the pond for work, but who knows, maybe they will shoot you their CVs...

BTW, you should also add some descriptions with job responsibilities, required education, years of experience to those job postings, and perhaps ditch the full size logo on that page... (on my laptop, you have to scroll down one full screen length to reach the list, and they are pretty `vague` !

does that include gordo? never saw him on forums after july, or the guy who , designed catacombs.
