Well, why do they bring out bosses that require 30-40 toons to kill? The game doesn't see enough newcomers join that stay all the way till end game so much so people in our world anyways created like 4-5 Alts each some have even more because when you can't find real people you just have to become an additional one lol.
The TNCs and the game itself are a contradiction I don't see how people can get by without helping each-other out these days & im pretty sure if they went on a militant ban all shared accs there wouldn't be many left.

Does this shared account also include "Clan Banks" coz there all shared by leaders too.

Clan banks have been mentioned in many other threads and generally OTM accepts the need for them and turns a blind eye.

You might just have to make additional friends or alllies.

There's only so many people on a world lol!

I mean it's not an issue for us I'm just pointing out the obvious my clan Aeternum has felled Gelebron 34 times now just saying we really don't see that many people joining the server & staying right the way to end game.
It's also a 2 end game clan World Gwyidon so there's always competition to recruit more "friends & allies" it's not simple lol.

Allowing people to borrow items is at the discreation of the user, if they get scammed that's stinks but they chose to let them borrow it. Why can't this apply to accounts if they share their info and get screwed it stinks but it's their fault and otm should just say nothing we can do about it.

Sharing accounts is a form of cheating if you think about it, especially if you use it to your advantage like sharing accounts to quickly level toons or sharing campers. It's obvious it happens but getting proof is tough.
There are plenty of players on every server, the problem isn't necessarily the amount of players joining the game, it's the fact that everyone is split into different clans. As someone said before, make new friends and get more allies

There are a lot of players on servers, but most of them aren't endgame. There is the allusion of many endgame players but as someone else stated so many people have 4-5-6 toons and there are players who go waaayyy past that.

if i am talking to someone i would like to be sure that it is the real person. Shared accs should be banned. Lending gear and lending an account are two extremely different things lol
