Best Clans: If you mean end-game clans, I would say theILLUMINATI and Pride, with AnteBellum coming up.
Illum Level Req: about 125, basically if you are well known to be nice and good, along with knowing a lot about this game then you can join
Pride Level Req: I have no idea
Our main rogues: GSM (inactive?), Snafu, PINDAR, Crius, and 1-2 more I can't think of atm... so no shortage on rogue gear
You are forgetting the mighty Vedranox, the awesome Locke and everybody's favourite scoundrel chasetherogue(undeserved rep imo).
In fact Adreno, Crazy, and rayne are all awesome as well.
Prides level requirement is 125 and selection process is similar to illuminati.

im not hating any clans or anything but come on fellas -_-
+1, like with TheRebels for instance (yer clan) they would always be grouped, no one cared about getting loot, just having fun. That's how it was with clans in v2I miss the times when a clan was a group with actual friends not people who use eachother for loot. Gearing eachother? Some people just do that for a good rep to get more loot
