If I remembered correctly wands in later lvls are actually crushing dmg? (meaning str has an effect?)

not later lvls. Dragonlord wand

dl wand has like 105 or 110 crushing dmg, and same range as normal wand (few wands got very far range, one old wand has even more than bows), and even with 5 str it is pretty effective (unless u use sigils)

a friend of mine, lvl 181 mage (dethdfire), im not sure if hes still doing that but he did melee build, with over 1400 dmg, high health and high energy, high dex too tho but as suggested he lowered his dex, pretty strong imo

I think the "bone" ones have crushing dmg too.

ancient wyrmbone wand got 86 magic dmg + 500 wands, which gives 500 attack and 0 dmg (i think)
Bouh from belenus accidently bought it, told him to buy adamant wand instead (hes high lvl but not in the dominating clan, they barely get aggy), works much better for him i guess (mostly as mixed mage)
