thx to amazing ppl, i have attained ice attune! i got a book of alt as well to respec. now i have 15/15 attune, 15/15 ice blast, 12/15 ice shards, 5/15 shield, and a 5/15 boost.
keep using ice lure, even at lvl 1
whenever u can, put it in ur build with half of the current max skill pts (if max is 20/20, make it 10/20)

i have lv 1 lure, yes, but it does lower resist by 40 or so, so i do definitely use it.

i still suggest using it at halved maxed, at lower lvl it affects more than ice attune, not sure about high lvls
