you can see that they had Ice Blast correct before the nerf. Ice Blast should hit harder. Firestorm hits 23.2% harder than Fire Bolt, while Ice blast only hits 12,7% harder than Ice Shards. Considering the risk of evade, Ice Blast nerf was harsh. But low level castle dwellers complained about the pvp power of Ice.

Im trying to get the screenshots of the nerfed ice blast damage before and after the first and second patch. You can tell how badly it was nerfed.
