The midn or 1m yule ( dex Version) should do it better
I use both on 2 chars and i higiy recommend it you could also try to Change it for a better hehe but i run on sigils only 400hp 300en i also use 150 haste dagger with dex ammy and Cromraks rings pretty epic ss 4k in stats plus wyrm helm 4.3 very acceptable but i change the topic!

Who needs regen at all? Get an ahnillation ammy and call it a day.

Energy regen is more important for rogues as the only way to get energy during a fight is by potting. Health can be achieved through life steal though + ranger/druid healing.

Unless you have a mage eboosting you which is becoming increasingly rare to see.
