Noobs can be any level. They exhibit any or all of the following:
begging for items
begging for gold
begging to be let into a group they cannot contribute to and then keeping a drop they should offer up to the group
shouting about things they should /say or whisper
attacking things others are already engaged
random requests to trade
random request to trade while I am in fight
standing on top of the tank so that it is impossble to select
standing on top of me because they are annoying noob oblivious of etiquette

Noob - New player, or someone that does not know exactly what they are doing. I've met level 90 noobs, and I've also met level 40's that are not just based on knowledge IMHO.
