I just got rid of my +15 hp regen shield and got the 10/10 and am much happier. I gladly gave up the max total energy to get the 10 energy regen because it reduces my wait time between mobs and helps give me energy in a fight.Ok, but then consider that Mighty shield of crowns has zero weight so you can keep the 180 energy, keep the 60 armor and get 150 health and 15 health regen.
Thats where I was going with that. The 10 energy regen per tick just doesn't make up for the loss of 180 energy imo when you have this other shield option.
