I like chill, but slowing down movement is OP. I do like the attack speed part thoughWhat would the name be and the effects?
How about:
Frost: Weak when casted but then slowly does more damage over time.
Chill: slows down target's walking speed by 30%? and slows down attack speed by 30%? but has a long cool down
Glacier: large block of ice stuns the target for 4 seconds and does low damage.
ice spear/lance: more powerful than ice shards but has a very long cast time and cool down.
Ice aura: Increases ice damage and resistance.
Give feedback and let me know if you believe any are too OP.
