This has been asked of OTM for years now, by many many people. If you actually want a response a better option is to pm an OTM employee directly or use the in game support tool. OTM tends to respond more often when it's not in a public setting from my experience. I wouldn't hold my breath on this issue though as OTM has some seriously larger fish to fry at the moment.
