I don't agree.

Camping for months to obtain frozen, then dl, then edl is pointless. People want to play the game, not sit and camp boss after boss after boss to then have to beat and bully other players to obtain gear.

And that is what this system boils down to. You have to BULLY other people to obtain the gear. I understand making it hard to obtain but the path the OTM has chosen makes a lot of people quit the game.

This is a separate problem from what I am discussing. Camping is a sad feature of the game, especially considering the game is a mobile one. CH has completely destroyed my devices batteries because I need to have them plugged in 24/7... Phones aren't meant to be recharged this often.
My problem is with individuals picking a class like rogue that is by far the most popular class, for valid reasons... and then complaining that it takes longer to gear. Or people coming to your server joining your clan for 2-4 months and then complain they aren't being considered for DG over someone who has been fairly active over 4 years in the same clan... This is what I'm talking about.

Also idk what you mean by beat and bully other players... have never witnessed anything like this...

Camping is a separate issue imo from players saying the game should have 0 bottlenecks and should just be an easy straight shot to 220 with dg... like uh no... game needs difficulty and it needs to take time...
Many of the issues people complain about here are specific to how their clan gears them... not about the game... and these posts get intertwined and its just annoying...
Noobs need to learn patience.

Sorry but what a stupid post. Your implying it's normal to have to grind hours on end everyday for months on a MOBILE game to progress? Who in their right mind thinks this is normal? Or wants it to continue? Lmao. And complaining about waiting for stuff is well justified. You shouldn't have to wait over a year or in some cases years for a specific loot drop in any game, let alone a mobile one.

Before anyone says "oh look another impatient ****" I have my EDL weapons and I'm well geared. This is a massive issue Ingame and I honestly can't believe this is even a post.
Clash royale, Clash of clans, kingdoms at war, candy crush, last day on earth soon to be runescape. All mobile games all take years to max out, most of them more p2w than celtic.

If you split a 200 toon clan into 4 x 50 toon clan, it's really not an "alliance" because they're technically the same group of people, just with different clan tags. Especially if your alts are spread out in each of the 4 clans. It's ridiculous to think limiting a clan to 50 will solve anything.
Once again I'll mention the 2nd part: reduction in stats of bosses. If your clan can now kill a boss, which was previously impossible, would you still camp it friendly with other clans? The underdog clan leader is some distinguished personality on the server, why would he still cosy up to the stronger clan and play 2nd fiddle, allowing his clan members to view him as a lapdog? Analogy: You can solo a Rockbelly, did you call your friends for help?

Because it is a "mobile" game and by that term is expected to be a quick experience or because the genre of mmos is saturated with camping?

(I myself have been an advocate for some instance based bosses and the lowering of certain windows in the office but I do believe windows play their part in equal opportunities for all clans)

Because we are not plugged into an electric outlet like when playing PC MMOs. Mobile games are also typically played when you're at the airport waiting for a flight or in line at the supermarket, while waiting at the doctors office, etc. We should not be forced by the game to wait for a boss for one hour.

Longer windows only benefit large clans who can camp the whole time. Smaller clans have no chance especially with target lock at 10%, you pretty much need to have a lock group ready on spot which only large clans can do. You have the wrong impression about the benefits of long spawn windows.

yesssss keep on advocating for some instanced based bosses, celtic heroes is currently struggling to expand because drops are so scarce and the more players who play the less loot to go around ruining the effort to reward ratio. This may have been specific to bob but im going to give you my opinion anyway, to me it doesn't matter that its a mobile game i would never usually play any MMO that has as much camping as CH. There are numerous reasons but i'll give you the major ones that i think make it stupid. Raids shouldn't be something you stumble upon, even though the window is now 32 hours my clan nearly always has someone camping and after a while those people get burnt out and quit because its just not fun to have to camp a boss daily just so the other clans on the server can't get, i Understand the logic of how this will help smaller clans but i don't see it helping often. In saying this if there were instance based bosses that had majority of the best loot i wouldn't mind a few open world bosses with windows.

My preferred scenario for an mobile MMO would be clans fighting for gear (EDL) still in the open world but we fight for this gear so we are capable of doing the instances. It would also create smaller clans with more open world competition which to me is fun, assuming the instance locks at lets say 20 members.

other issues that have already been mentioned, every phone i have ever had that i played have now got wrecked batteries and CPU problems due to me being logged for hours camping mordy/necro constantly. Maybe i'm wrong but if i was a smaller clan knowing the exact time IMO would help more because our small numbers can be ready for the lock battle and possibly have more people attend, instead of having to call at the last minute. IK you said mobile game but camping is just not fun regardless ._.

Maybe i'm wrong but if i was a smaller clan knowing the exact time IMO would help more because our small numbers can be ready for the lock battle and possibly have more people attend, instead of having to call at the last minute._.
This is the concept that is alien to OTM. They still believe that smaller clans have more opportunities with long window spawns.
Last mini event was better for smaller clans because they know when to show up, and also plenty of bosses up nearly the same time.

This event has neither of those things.

Because all these non stop camping are killing and will kill your game, do you guys really think all these players will continue to persist with a game like this where theyre forced to camp when a better/bigger and more well known game that offers probably 100x more than what CH can offer comes into the mobile market? I dont think so, hopefully it wont be too late before you or the others realise it.

Do you think camping for hours and hours is fun? Have you ever camped in CH before? I remember a mod saying he/she quit a game coz it burned him/her out... i wonder what he/she thinks about camping in CH. People move on once a game starts to become more like a chore instead of something that you'd wana play for fun.
