#33Rangers...? Could be wrong I guess but Phurious (Level 185 Ranger on Arawn) seems to be solo lixing with amazing dps and xp. My buddy Legolas15 (Level 181 Warrior on Arawn) is able to pop a heroic hp regen lix and easily solo as well without additional restoration potions or hp sigils. It's generally difficult to solo, I agree, but I believe it is the most difficult for Mages or at least Icemages for sure.the only way mages have issues is if they try to solo, and no class can efficiently soloAmazing? #35Sorry, I was using them as an example when leveling but they are using an xp elixer so using additional elixers such as hastes and regen would improve the performance. The bottom line however is that without any plat involved, a Mage is still the worst at soloing. Please correct me if I'm wrong, I'll admit that I haven't played other classes to their fullest potential.i dont count use of pots or extra lix as soloing

#37I see the list of problems that all classes have but Warriors and Mages seem to have the same issue however a Warrior has a much greater amount of armour and defence. Druids can't sustainably replenish energy but they could use harvest and meditate which would allow some form of soloing along with the amazing grasping roots skill. Rangers may not have the best dps, which is why we may consider the class sucky, but they can still solo quite efficiently. Rogues are pretty close to the Mage pit of despair but they do have more armour and more skills available in combat along with melee hits that would make soloing an average mob much easier than a Mage soloing. #38ok maybe mages are the worst at soloing, i will give you that. they are still the best at more things than any other class which is an issue. i do not want mages nerfed though, mage survivability could use upped but all other classes need to be more useful and have more distinct roles

#39Yes, I agree. I'm not quite sure what a Mage is better at that would create an issue. Support skills like lures? I would argue that a Mage may have the best combination of support skills (Nameky lure of assasins and lure of magic) but other classes come significantly close such as Rogue expose weakness and smoke bomb and the Warrior skill that I believe is called Rupture. Also, dps on bosses is slowly fading away. I'm losing the kill these days to Phur, Smellyunder, and Baddboy.
