I'm going to relentlessly berate them and buy at 1/4 the normal idol price. State with so many tens of thousands why should I pay even half normal price...

If you're talking about trying to buy old idols for that price that's hilarious XD people won't want to buy/use new idols so they'll buy the old ones and people who have thousands of them probably won't care to sell unless it's for a higher price. Yea sorry if not clear. I'll be buying the new idols cheap and try to only use them.

I expect the new idols to sell extremely cheap for months given how many old idols are around. Old idols will likely not increase much, at least at first. One year from now i expect the old idols will sell for quite a bit - probably starting as soon as the tower update.

Okay Ya I agree maybe at first you can get a person here or there to buy high but maybe not especially with double plat recently but after a few months to a year they'll probably go above their usual prices of 200-250 Id assume

Will arachnid chests people still have that once transferred to new engine and is up and running will they supply current idols or nerfed idols?

Its a good question. It could be either way.

Well for one the event ends when the update comes... Also I don't see why they would nerf idols and not put them in chests

I can't wait for the update! Btw don't sell to the guy near the bank anymore he doesn't give full price ._.

The new idols restore only 1k health and energy maximum, less if you don't have that much.

Old idols restored full health. I keep my tank around 10k health and my other toons around 4k so for lvl100+ people this is going to be a huge nerf. People will idol at bosses only to be insta-killed by the next aoe and go right into idol lock. Its a big change.

Under lvl100 not so much but then again they use much fewer idols.
