50+ toons but it wasn't all dps. We had for the first time a ton of druids there, a lot of alts and lower levels. It's not like we had 50 level 190s going at this thing.

IMO Necro can still be taken down with a lot less, you just need the right mix of people who know their roles.

I will say at least for me, the lag, while better than the 200 was substantial enough that I had a 4 second delay from my mini 2 to my mini on the animation time and a full 3+ minutes after Necro was dead the fight was still raging on my 4s screen. So lag and delayed reaction time from devices is having an impact on why boss kills are an issue. Devices shouldn't see that substantial of a delay ever, especially on lower settings.

lol...but really consider this for a second...

if OTM sticks to its usual path...the new area lvl 200 bosses will have: more and harder adds. more hp. aggressive skills. They will be harder than what we have seen

How in the name of God and the man Jesus are you supposed to kill them...lol. I mean, Neco is what...190, we're bringing 30...40..50 toons that exceed his level. with 200 bosses we are going to bring what...HALF that number? a quarter of that number?

and getting people to level to 200 without quitting game is insanely difficult. It costs money, takes time and unless you're a madman (or woman) you don't have the balls to do it. So many of our players stop in the 180 range...many in the 160 or 170 range...those players are totally useless on raids.

Wont stop anything 200s dont rage necro does thats what makes necro hard the rage not the actual boss

What the fk was wrong with old engine?! Nothing was wrong, i am sure that many of the beta testers for engine knew it wasnt ready for release, why the fk did otm listen to these spectral posts rushing otm the fk up for engine. Now what they got is failure.

i guess a little patient and most of the lags and bugs willl be gone. The support team seems really active and they listen good to the players. But imo the lags are the biggest problem for boss fights. When 15+ toons are at the same place my phone begins to lag like crazy and i can't really help out then. I will always be late to kill adds or lure mobs

I was in beta. Really i had no issues, minor things but skills worked, no noticeable lag at all. Mail and quests worked. There were some issues which were reported but not corrected...but this soul killing boss raid destroying lag which cripples even the improved searches and mail...that came with update

We just killed Necro with around 50 players in 18 mins. It was our first attempt so can probably improve. Although 40-50 players is ridiculous... Lag was very bad, slightly better than mordris though.
