I think it's more being a realist. Most of thr newer stuff (fashion, charms, mounts, mount whistles) requires tokens or a plat item these days. So it wouldnt be too far of a stretch to assume you'll need to get crafting tokens either directly off the plat store or through chests.

Can someone lock this thread already? Not only has the thread escalated way past the OP, but it has turned into clan bashing, gear bashing etc. This thread has become a game of telephone. Someone responds to 2 or 3 words in post before, someone responds to that post and on and on it goes.

But ya, as cool as crafting sounds it probably would end up involving plat tokens of some sort or another, although i would hope OTM could find a way around this. Maybe it could put supply tokens in chests for extra supplies that you could trade in, but still keep a plat free option.
