Maybe I am just dumb AND blind (meaning I've searched and am not finding), but is there a section that discussions/explains the different updates and what it entails. For example, the new abilities (Willpower, Fortitude, Reflex, etc), is there a explanation of these new abilities, in particular, how to increase them.

Maybe this is obvious to some of you, but not to all of us.

i belive with these abilities you cant actually train them, when a certain spell or skill is used against you thats when they go up.

You are exactly right, they increase ability to deflect and dodge skills. Hope this helps!
