All boers were scammers they are all the same person

He's back, he's on the account joost9, he was on boertjebob, boer 9' and now joost9. Hes upto same old tricks as well ie the silver blade of battle bait and switch the easy way to tell its him is for some reason, despite being Dutch, he speaks English in a fractured way without too many articles, and using words we might not associate with an item, ex...a trade request followed by "give me shirt" instead of "give me your shirt for trade please or more accurately calling it a breast plate or something.
