Dex or no dex?

I've heard a lot about if a rouge should use dex...some pros of using dex is poison wep, fast reflexes, and distract would all work better...cons: less strength. What do u guys think?

poison dagger- hardly anything resists poison damage, the pierce multiplies with your strength and the regen means it is a good wep for leveling

yes but the ice blade is completely useless against certain mobs

dagger is completely useless against none

i dont want to drop 500k on offhands, if you are only buying one it makes more sense to buy poison dagger because it is more flexible it its use
