I'm level 30 rogue and want to know where to get offhand weapons and what is the best gear for me at thi level

best gear at your level is ancient lamellar- you can get it from the vendor in stonevale chest is 20k greaves 15k(i think) helm 10k
boots 5k
gloves 2k

I don't know if he can access the Stonevale shop yet. Don't you mean the Shalemont ancient leather armor? Because he's lvl 30 and Stonevale's mobs are lvl 55+.

but yes, right now he isnt high enough lvl to do the quest that unlocks stonevale armour shop

just kill everything and level, sell connact weapons 100g each to low levels

Other world Sells quartz offhand and diomond offhand and quartz knuckleblade offhands and diaomond offhand Knuckblades

Scavenger sells regen poison offhand, ice offhand, fire offhand, and magic offhand

Lux shop sells bodkins

Drops are ancient offhand knife and sig dubs also offhand

The scavenger ice fire and magic blades do 200 damage and poison does 50 damage and regen and it's best for rouge
