I was wondering.
What's your preferred order of fighting?
Ill normally have energy shield on and cloak of fire.
So I'll start it off with a Ice Lure and the ice shards. (also if I don't have my e shield or cloak on I'll cast it now)

Then I cast fire lure and firebolt. Then if there's still quite a bit of health I'll incinerate, Firebolt.
Then a magic lure and then cast my ice shards and fire bolt when they come up and recast lures if needed.

How do u guys suggest the sequence of skills?

This is what I do in normal combat and PVP.

Energy Shield
Cloak Of Fire
Lure Of Fire
Incinerate
Firebolt
Lure Of Ice
Ice Shards
Firestorm

Then whatever recharges first I use. Usually firebolt.

I'm a lvl 108 Mage. At around LvL 90 I switched to all Fire. You can fire three firebolts per one Ice Shards. And if XXXX evades your Ice Shards, it prolongs the fight and you have to survive longer. At Lvl 100 I'm slowly rebuilding Ice Shards back up to 25/25.

Perfect. Just drop the lure of magic, unless you have a blade of magic.

what i do is

cloak
incinerate
lure of fire
firebolt
firestorm
firebolt

repeat

i am all fire mage so this works well as the first incinerate damage tic is slow to happen so you can get a lure in- then alternate firebolt inbetween every other attck you use

i use cloak, energy shield (optional), lure of ice, firebolt, ice shards, firebolt again, and then sacrifice. i only use shield for pvp, but im thinking of doing a major switch to where i have points in shield, and less vit but more focus. that way i fully exploit the benefits (not a lot) of being a mage.
