Im a lvl 61 ranger and I have been leveling for a week now and haven't gotten to level 62! Can anyone tell me where to level

Blue wisps in sv ?

I recommend lvling on mobs 3+ lvls higher than you (red wisps or faeries might not give as good xp when you were lvl 60).
Kill blue wisps, they are lvl 66-69. If you dont know where they are, teleport to stonevale farm and turn left (going to the boars), there will be another path heading to higher lvl mobs of stonevale.
