As you know there are a bunch of new skills, and many of the old skills changed between update 3 and 4. The biggest place that they changed is in energy consumption. Overall, every single skill has had their energy usage decreased compared to update 3. Because of this, I am posting a guide to how much energy each skill costs at each skill level.

According to the info I pulled, they are exactly the same. I don't have a rogue on right now I can double check this with though. Can you tell me your skill levels in both, and how much energy they use?
