Does otm do anything about their paying customers?

#1
So ive been scammed a by 700k and my awesome clan outliers! :D said maybe if we sent enough tickets otm would do something. Then no offence to yum. But he said otm wont do crap :/ so is it true otm doesnt do ANYTHING to scammers? So the scammer will be playing for months to come? More like scamming. He doesn't even use the items or lvl up. Otm. You should at least hire secret trusted moderators to do something.

If your wondering he took
Heroic boots and gloves
Wrymbone axe
100k
Opal rouge bp legs and dagger.

Otm stop the 8yr olds from stealing 1000s of $

I suppose customers pay when they trust the game. You trust the game when you have enough experience. Experienced players shouldn't be scammed that much of items and gold. All trades are final. OTM holds no responsibility for you getting scammed so why should they do anything else other than punish the player? Send an in-game support ticket - it's better than doing nothing at all.

There are ways within code to trace items (if they are not currently added OTM should add them.) Obviously they cannot give you the items back but they could atleast investigate reported cases of scamming and trace the scammed items and look for common factors (isp/serial/id) so they could take proper action against someone (not same character) who has multiple claims of scamming against them and ban them from the game.
