Did I Scam?

#1
Ok so here's the story and I want the communities opinion and possibly Admins.

Me DrPeppers a former TemplarElite member started my own clan called Noble and at present time I am helping Dsgrendor rebuild his clan and I may return to my clan eventually.

So I invited an alt named Sheepys who's main is Hawaii and he was bragging about the amount I coin he had to my clan mate Soffle. At the time I was working on getting a icelord bow or Soffle cause it's what a leader does he helps his clan. We had an offer from Nasim Epic chieftan for 50k i had 20k wegen sheepys joined.

So I asked sheepys to lend me 30k that I would pay him back. An I said as colaterial take these items. The items consisted of 20k silver orb of power, darkflame gloves, and darkflame boots. Now you older players know the worth of darkflame. Now he spam shouted in all parts of the server of me being a scammer no letting me explain my side to others and gave my good rep a smack to the floor. Running around shouting he will tell admin and he will bann me.

I want your opinions one a few things. 1 if I gave items for coin can it really be considered a scam. 2 pretty sure the items I gave him were twice no triple the amount so if anyone was scammed I have more of a compelling argument. 3 colaterial (imma use a bank statement as an example) sy you take a loan out I the bank for starting a buisness you use your house as colaterial in case u cannot pay back, if you can't they reposes your house I'm pretty sure that's what a colaterial is and this right?

I just think this guy deserves a little humility to deflate his prideful arrogance. So I'd like your feedback on whether it was a scam or not cause if the majority believes so then I will ask admin to bann me myself. Of not then the subject is void and Hawaii can finally stop shouting (DrPeppers Scammed Me!!!!!)

I would pay back hi 30k if I had atm I don't have and he was getting inpatient even though it's only been 2 days. Also I would have traded back for the items but then he goes and makes a Show of it so now he wants to take it public I welcome him the opurtunuty.

In my opinion, this is all moot until you get that money to him.

Collateral works in most cases, but it's only collateral and not real gold, no matter it's worth.
Did you guys not agree on a timeframe to get that money back? Usually collateral works in that manner,"you have x days to get me the money or I keep your collateral....."

To me, whether defending yourself on forums, or accusing someone else, the only thing that matters is the gold promised and the gold given, if you have good intentions...fine prove it by getting the gold, getting back your collateral and finishing this deal.

Imo the silver orb is worthless. I think itd sell it for 10k to the lux shop.

The darkflame on the other hand is a retired item. You can no longer get that armor. Therefore it is valueable. I would not even let him touch my darkflame armor for 30k.

Here is why this isn't a scam... For one... Your obviously not scamming... But the point is that the darkflame gloves and boots are worth wayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy more than 30k...it's more like
100k per gloves or boots. I'll post the prices.
