So we have fire, ice and magic and poison I will do magic later. This is for any elemental dmg offhand.. Anyway these are some of my thoughts for training.

Fire: I would choose this quiver if your going to be training with mages mostly. Only fire mages though. If you dont plan on training with fire mages this quiver is a waste of time.

Ice: great offhand all around. Though some mobs have high ice resist most mobs in this damn game are fire based. This quiver is even better with ice mages. So either way this is a goood quiver besides ice resist mobs.

Poison: my personal favorite. ALL MOBS EXCEPT POISON MOBS HAVE NO POISON RESIST WHATSOEVER!!! Notice my caps. This is why this item is badass. So imo this is the best offhand all around.

Feel free to post your thoughts on your favorite elemental offhand.

Correction: Mobs DO have quite amount of magic resis and fire/ice lure DOES NOT affect magic based atks, only magic lure does (and I doubt whether mages would use it).

Poison is only resisted by poison mobs
