I think this is very true about clans, there is no perfect clan. We are all human and we all do stupid things and often act a little childish, but this is just a game right?
Personalities are the number one breakdown within groups and this is accelerated when you have poor communication. Having face to face conversations can often fix personal issues, but the limitation of this game keeps this from being a reality (btw, the game is not reality). To really go somewhere in a MMORPG you have to develop a high level of tolerance and forgiveness. You have to keep looking at the good in people and try to ignore their faults. I am not saying you need to make friends with a**holes, but if a player has a desire to work hard for the great goal, then a misstep here or there can be over looked.

So why am I wasting your time talking about group dynamics?

I am a goal oriented person; you could call me an achiever. I want nothing less than to be killing Mordris on a regular basis and although my druid is fairly badass, I want more

To achieve my selfish goal and desire for Mordris drops I need help. Not just any kind of help but help from players looking to achieve great things. Players who can put aside their differences and work together for a common goal. The whole; there is no “I” in team thing.

I realize that some of you are happy in the clan you are currently with. I get the whole social thing and being loyal to friends. I actually admire those personality traits.

But let me ask you:
Are you taking Aggy on a regular basis? (IC has over 100 Aggy kills and counting)
Are you taking Hrungnir on a regular basis? (IC has over 30 Hrungnir kills and counting)
Are you taking Mordris on a regular basis? (IC has kill Morty once and failed three other times)
And what about the Necromancer?

In order for me to achieve my goal I need 24-30 other players to come together and work hard for this common goal. InnerCircle is just short of this number and we would possibly like you to consider joining our clan.

Has InnerCircle had some drama?
Sure… All large clans with multiples of humans have issues from time to time. But we have dealt with it and have moved forward. We are by no means saying we are perfect and we have made mistakes, but we are still together and we are still kicking Hrungnir's ass. And with our attendance points bid system we give all member that participate in fights a chance at some winning some really good loot...


It is important to say that we also are not going to invite just anyone. This is important, because we need players who will keep the peace and put our goals of a clan ahead of petty issues. We need a strong team that will work together.

Other worlds are taking Mordris down on a regular basis. Why?
...Because they have decided to work together.

Other worlds have once taken Mordris and now they cannot. Why?
...Because of petty issues, they have lost sight of the goal, and have allowed personal issues to get in the way.

InnerCircle is looking for players who are level 150 or great and have completed the frozen armor quest line.
If you are close to these requirements we can still discuss admission with you. But we will be honest, we are rarely in Otherworld and to complete your frozen armor you need to be in a clan that lives in Otherworld. If you need frozen armor I would recommend ArgoSin, Outliers, Alycia, RaptureEve or Clanimals.

We also don’t care what clan you are in or have been in. We understand the competitive spirit and the emotions of fighting for your team. We hold no grudges…

We are an end-game clan, looking for players wanting bigger challenges than Stonefang.

We have so many +190 players that it is hard to keep them active. This game gets boring after level 185. For Mordris you need 3-4 groups or 24-30 players. We have about that many but with scheduling and RL issues it is hard to do without a full turn out. So we need around a dozen more just to give us the extra to make it happen regularly. Most of our +180 toons are in full DL armor which is needed for Mordris.

And yes, I help my clan too. It's one of the reasons I got to 189. I would like to build on that, not be used by a group of high-level elitists as a training clan.
If you want high-lvl people, train them up. Don't pull on the resources of other clans to restock yourselves.
