Where is the best place to level a 65 rogue?

A couple of caveats to that post IMO would be 75-85 go to pirates and 95-105 do spiders. Other than that it is a great great guide. I've used it 2x very effectively (once with mage but don't tell)

At lvl 65 i always lvled at sv at the wisps. At lvl 71-73 i moved to pirates.
