Hello I am a level 114 Ice Mage, it currently takes me 3-4 knows,energy,regen,travel lixs to level and I'm just wondering is that the Normal amount at my level?

No I use 3 at 135.

thats pretty normal at 114. i never use those other elixirs with a knowledge with the exception of energy lix. the guy that uses 3 per level at 135 most likely levels in some kind of group. most likely with a rogue or ranger.

Normal for a mage. Lower than average for your level.

As a general rule i just add 1 more lix per every 4-5 lvls when estimating, assuming you are lvling on mobs above your lvl. E.g. If it took 7 lixs per lvl from 130-135, assume 135-140 will be 8-9. Always round up, doesnt hurt to have extra.

When I group level it takes me two to level. Normally I train with another mage or a rogue. Or both. When I solo train it takes me 4 max if spawns are bad.

Ice build, sk hh, ht, he. And excuse me when I was 135 I used 3.

i use 3 to 4 at 130 with the best fire gear at that level. i dont use all those other elixirs such as hastes etc. i only use super knowledge and energy lix. with those extra elixirs you spend more gold per level but generally get more xp.
