Do grasping root rings even exist anymore.. If so.. Where do they drop??

Grasping Roots rings do still drop.

You can get a royal or grand tier by killing any 6* OtherWorld boss (i.e. The Swamplord, The All Seeing One etc.)

The only reason you feel that their drop rates have been decreased is because very few people farm OtherWorld bosses nowadays. Before the expansion, they were more common as they were constantly killed every time they spawned and thus drops were way more widespread.

On top of that those same ow bosses drop ability rings like bow and warding. Further they drop meditate and recuperate skills. After all that junk they also drop about half of every toons skills as opposed to sewer, fingal and carrow that drop only 1-3 skills per class.


Add that up and you are quite lucky, even after killing the boss, to get a useful skill much less a royal.
