Hey

So I've been playing this game for a few years now, but haven't played in the last few months. I recently got a new phone and re downloaded the game and upon logging in I found all my characters to be gone... There's no way they were deleted by me, and no one else has access. Any ideas on what's going on..?

It could possibly be your characters are on a different server as a new install selects certain servers.

In the character select screen there should be a button for different servers.

If you tap on it it should show a complete server list with the number of characters on each.
