Server wide bug

Everyone in epona's on continuous cd. What's happening? Mounts don't work either, everything's sorta glitched. Muldar? Gonna hack epona? :D

Update: mobs aren't attacking either, having problems to revive toons and see toons, shrink charms etc don't work on tap, everything's glitched. R.I.P. Epona 2k16.
