A lot of people mistake feedback as "complaints". Let me ask you, if you like and care about something but you see flaws, do you try and improve it? If you don't like something, don't you simply stop using or buying it?
Don't be so jaded into thinking that players that ask things to be changed are merely complaining. They like the game and would like to continue playing it, thus why they are here in the forums giving OTM feedback and suggestions.

People who don't like a game simply stop playing it.
