After the client update I no longer see option to change my username, trying to connect returns that the servers are down but other accounts can login. It's already taken 1.5 months to get a reply telling me I didn't provide enough information to reset password and im sure the problem with changin username will take even longer. Can you restore temporary logins until people are able to change account usernames because it's becoming a bit of a joke now.

Edit * I assume my password was never the login problem and another bug due to lack of testing caused it because before all passwords would return false yet now it just doesn't connect to server but if I set pw as something random it says incorrect ( meaning the pw I used and got told was wrong for months may be correct and a bug causing the problems ) either way it's taking far too long to get anything done with this slow support system especially if it takes more than 1 email. No priority system to respond to those you are already in the middle of helping ? Meaning if you want an extra bit of information for a reset people need to wait another month and a half for any sort of response?

If you were attempting to connect during our update the login server was down, explaining the lack of a conflict notification.

Would make sense but wasn't showing up still after. Guess I'll just wait few months for the long list of emails to be done. Hopefully things get fixed up then. Still don't understand why my email is no longer flagged as attatched to my account

Edit * this also doesn't explain why the password I thought I used to have was working in displaying servers down yet random ones said incorrect.
