Hey muldar

Any progress on the unbanning of our clan banks - through no fault of the bankers I might add.

You keep locking threads, that keep getting highjacked.

Honestly a straight answer would be appreciated..

1: why are you treating the clan banks like individual accounts, when you've told us for years that they are treated like clan banks. Cause you don't have another solution to offer.
We trusted y'all

2: can I get a reason why this would take so long? And why pm are read, and not responded to?

3: as a individual, muldar to me, can you understand why we are frustrated by this whole situation?

I can say that I've been a member of this clan for years now, and I try to help anyone who joins when I'm available. A handful of people broke the game and now we have to suffer for it, when we did nothing. Understand that you're punishing innocent players along with any perpetrators, and it's hurting not only our clan... not only our server, but the general reputation of your company. Hundreds of people worked to build our clan bank for years, and while they have been very understanding about the situation... action needs to be taken.

I appreciate that your situation isn't easy, but help your players. We want to have fun and enjoy the game you've built; we want to help new players do the same. It's hard to do that when our years of progress has been stripped.

1. The account in question was handled by one of our newer staff members who were unaware of clan bank policies at the time. This has since been rectified and the accounts restored to the correct owner. This case is severely different as it involves an exploit.

2. As already stated in previous threads this is not a simple case of appealing. Accounts must be reviewed and duplicate items removed. Naturally this takes time but our Appeals Team is working as hard as possible to resolve this.
As to PMs if it is sitting in your outbox it has yet to be read. That being said I am not a method to circumvent appeals or a fast pass.

3. Yes, I never stated otherwise and in fact sympathised with your case in another thread. However the Appeals Team do require time to resolve this case. I know many were already emailed last week and some have been case reviewed already.

Now as this is a topic on an already locked discussion and requires the appeals team to further I shall be locking again.

If you have further questions I shall be answering PM when we are back in office tomorrow.
