Hope your clan turns out better than it has before. Me and xilo have encountered a lot of people being kicked out of clan and xilo was so sad, he went to the bottom cellar in the tavern to cry about the kicking. I found him down there crying in the corner. I went up to him and slapped him in the face and told him to Buck up and be a man. And that slap, made him a better leader :-)... I think o.0

That boss thing is true. When RB clanmates get together to slay a boss, the clan members that were involved roll the dice. Highest roller gets the drop lol. Fun times!

And yes, Jules. Kicking will certainly not be a problem in my clan, because I have encountered that nonsense in my old clan.

Hi there, your clan seems very similar to mine in Beleneus called Advocate.

I had lots of instances of mass kicking, none in the last month though.

The best thing you can do in that situation is just be patient, reinvite members, let them come back for a reinvite, ect.

Just be patient and don't disband the clan.

After a kick you will grow larger than before in the course of 1-2 weeks if you don't give up.

The more times mass kicks happen the better you will be able to design the clan ranks to make sure it doesn't happen again.

I start at recruit and now have it lvl based.

60-65 recruit
66-75 clansmen
76- guardian
Generals by appointment.

When your clan has been around a while and develops some charecter, mass kicks shouldn't happen.

And I don't like your "I'll follow you arond and see if I'll promote you"
just kinda unnecessary.
