I don't know when younatarted playing, but when I started we could spam health pots.......money for OTM.
the beta testers took that away.
after update, we were all short mana..... buy sigils/mana pots..,........ money for OTM
after this update, we are short on call charms...,..... more money for OTM

That's true, no offense OP but if you want regen as D0nk0 said, buy pots.... or sigils.

Your asking for too much. Fine I agree mages might need to be a bit more powerful. But you go add more regen Skills hit harder. More better armour. You can't have them all.

I personally don't have a problem with mage regen I have sigils and lux regen. The only thing I take issue with is firebolt and ice shards consistency. My firebolt is 611 dmg if I want a chance to do this I have to put points into lures. That is another issue, but I cast firebolt 4 times in a row I usually get 250, 450, 300, and maybe a 500. I think that I should have a 400 min. Ice shards is worse same one star same level mob I hit anywhere from 1100 to 300. I just would like more consistant hits. I invested the skill points so it is like I have trained, or mastered these skills.

Druids have heals and I have played as a druid before as i have one. Energy is not a problem until the really high levels for them.

No kidding lol my shards range from 500-1800 WITH lures u would think once a mob has 0 resistance ur attack would hit max everytime? And bosses evade/dodge too many mage attacks vs chained king today 25% of what i cast on him he either evaded or dogged or whatever else the crap they dou

errrrr, mine both run out of energy at leve 90.........

Admin... Mages didnt complain about spell cooldown, we complained about energy issues, and i don't see how making us be able to use our spells more (thus wasting MORE energy) will help the situation....

I've only been playing for a couple of months but I have dropped close to 400 on plat. I don't mind supporting the game, but eventually I need to see value in it. The higher I level, the less value I see in it as it seems playing a Mage is a losing proposition. Mind you, I'm not griping about it, just stating what seems to me to be fact. I'll keep playing, but I probably won't spend any more money on it. I certainly won't recommend any new players choose a Mage class.
