Wow, I got a prob too. When the app was nearly done updating, it restarted but with "installing" as a legend. Here's a pic to show the situation:

Im using iphone 3g
IOS 4.2.1. Admin said my device is supported. But why cant download? Please im already started crying.

My issues:

Everythin is downloaded but its not patching
We're still working on updating the servers, we'll make an announcement when we're ready to go.
