We are going to go through the new combat engine and see how we can reduce the impact of this issue, however if this issue can't be resolved I can't see an issue with refunding sigils that were purchased.
TBH, i dont want it to be refund, i want it to be fixed. Why, bcause if u didnt fix it, I then have to buy alot of rejuve lux items for this mage. As welll as for my other chars. This mage has 800 health sigil and 600 energy sigil. My other chars have lower than this mage. So.. In my opinion, it should be fixed.

The only way it won't be resolved is if otm chooses not to resolve it. This is a minor coding issue at best.

This is the problem and it happened with xp when you die as well.

We didn't know these things are bugs!

So when you "fix it" it changes the entire game for us. Both the way it was played and the way that we gear. Thank you for understanding this and offering to refund if it comes to that.
Nerfed Mage ~140
Why play a class where skills cost more than other classes for same damage?
Why play a class with no auto attack?
Why play a class with 1/3 the armor?
Why play a caster?

It was never 'a bug'. Otm is relatively on top of things. To let such a widespread thing that is noticed in the first few minutes of play go for years.... Just not realistic they didn't know and change it in a few days if it was 'a bug'.

Please fix them now, dont refund them, fix them.

If you refund the sigils, please refund all the elixers and gold i spent on my mage and druid, because without sigils, these classes are crippled.
Well you should be able to get some serious in combat regen with these new items. However ya, if sigils don't work like they did I guess every caster is going to be stuck with regen gear. I had sigils so I could use some DPS gear.

I cant belive nobody see this comming this......

I expected. Sigils to be remove this version , but to respect the sigils already on place due to bussines decision , you got understand the 500/500 regen comes with price tag of 10 million gold on the game and is a conflict of pricing .

About been a glicth well wasnt a glicth. Because when you did turn auto off on melees and use only skills hits immediately block sigils , well but 150/150 regen will come cheap 3 million gold no bad really.

Now the way to go will be new potions due to sigils out and death penalty .... It does makes sense . Not for us But does make sense.

The real problem is.. Druids are UNPLAYABLE without sigils.

My druid at 125 could not hold up his energy with almost the most possible energy regen (20 from hero Ammy, 20 from 2 invigs, 1 bugged, 40 from Divine Broom and 5 from Ring).

If you stop the sigils working the way they did prior to Update 4, you must also seriously do something about Druid Skills.. Or no one will play them.

If no one plays Druids, no one takes bosses.. If no one takes bosses, people get bored and quit the game..

Do us all a favour and return Sigils back to the way they were!

Ya i also would like a refund if they aren't put back to how they were before. I play a druid and a mage and i feel gutted now cause of this. Cast spells for like 30 seconds and im standing there waiting to get out of combat just to get sigals to regen a little just to watch group die. If something isnt done about this i also will be hanging the game up and find another mobile game to support. It was crap i had to buy so many energy sigals just to be somewhat competitive im the first place. Now this.......
