#1
Hey guys thanks for checkin out this post, I own the infinity clan and it has grown to an exponential number of 1176 so far. Now not everyone is active but there's more people in it than I can handle.
If your a leader type and would like to take a leadership role within my clan then I invite you to come to our world Rhiannon and help us control this crowd.
I have some amazing guardians already but I'm in need of more.... ALLOT more... If you'd like to join us for a leadership position please leave a reply with the template filled out.

Yeah please do giovani, I could alwayse use a fellow chieftain, and when they update the clans with more ranks perhaps they will have " general " and it could be a fitting title for yourself.

My main is currently lvl 63 but it's near to impossible to train on him because from the second I log in till the second I log out I'm getting spammed by whispers, my clan, group invites, people needing help, etc.

I have to ignore everyone or play at odd hours to get my levels in.... God I wish I could appear offline sometimes.

We are building our core players right now but it's very hard to keep the good ones since they don't have to deal with anything but themself and their levels so they usually surpass me rather hastily.

I'm trying to build an army here and I need levels of ranks and with the current system handling 1176 people is near to impossible.

I hope server transfers happen and I can hopefully get a very small but very tight nit clan of high levels ( such as haven ) to join us and take on leadership roles for all the clan mates and guardians within haven or a clan alike.

To be honest though I feel as if I have created a monster. A clan of 1000+ people is too large for this game to handle. I hope new content arises soon. :D

It sounds like as leader, yer lacking leadership.

Tight knit clans don't just happen, kick 950 people, if you honestly are ignoring people they shouldn't be in yer clan. You aren't even playing the game, yer playing your clan. It's 100% your own ego that's pulling you down.

Man up, look in the mirror and make things happen, that's what leaders do.

Hi there,

in the forthcoming update there are two new clan ranks, a recruit for the brand new joiners, and a general which is higher status than guarding but lower than chieftain.

The general has the ability to write clan messages and to promote/demote guardians, memebers and recruits.

The clan message length has been expanded and it is not signed by the person who wrote it.

Hope that will help a bit with clan management.

Thanks!

Now then what is the point in having the name 'chieftain' if these new generals can do the exact same thing as you?
The only difference I can think of is that chieftains can make people generals.

It's a good system.

The fact is many mature clans decide things as an "inner circle" of leadership decisions, and being able to really lineate this inner circle is useful. It's an issue of trust, some guardians are leaders everyone respects and trusts to run the clan effectively and others are people who are gaining trust but right now are simply trusted to invite new members as per the standards of the clan.

It may not fit with every clan's set up, as some clans discuss new members as a guardian group before inviting anyone, but to be able to separate recruits and members and give more responsibility to some guardians, this to me demonstrates a better clan interface.
