What ive noticed is alot of low levels posted against this, now if low levels just used this for information. Then why is there target lock and other stuff that people who are seasoned and play alot against right now? Ive seen so many very simple problems noobs post on here. This isnt a place to feel sorry for someone. This is a place to obtain knowledge about real issues not noob problems

Why do i need to know a level 10 players opinion on aggaroth or dragonlord bosses or 150+ training? I dont i want expert oppinions

I have recently acquired a new Apprentice (his name is Arc if you have seen him here), and before he made his character he made a forum account and read through the forums thouroughly, gaining all the knowledge he could about the game and asking me about any unclarities (My inbox is 10% full simply from our discussions.)

After about 4 weeks after learning about the game, he started playing. In one week, with no lux or outside help except for his forum knowledge, he reached level 38 (and he doesn't play all the time, only about 2-3 hours a day).

Lvl 38 in one week, from level 0 with no in-game experience (save a level 8 he had about 7 months ago) to level 38 using no lux, only knowledge from the forums.

He is a great player, with the experience of a lvl 150 in the body of a lvl 138.


All because of no level limit on the forums.

Oh goodness, lol everyone starts at level one, but play the game first and experement before u post stuff. Also realize u do not need a forum account to see the forums.

how would we ever be able to filter it so only high levels could be on forums anyway?

The forums are a place for players of the game to discuss the game and other things. Whether it is classes, world recommendations, help for something, an off-topic chat or a suggestion, all members are welcomed and should remain welcomed.

Your system is almost impossible to keep moderated which is one reason why I am against it. The main reason why I am against this is because it is very close-minded to think that all low levels have no idea about the game. A level is just a number. We are all human and we all have our own level of judgement at the end of it all regardless of a number slapped next to our name. The developers don't just make large decisions without discussion, thought and a general consensus from other players. What you might regard as a 'mistake' may not be regarded by others as a mistake.

Low levels are posting here because they're the ones that have to save their backs from admin making what you call a 'mistake' by putting a level limit; I'm not saying you're forbidden from using the forums though. The higher levels are not affected by this proposal so will not -1. However, it is saying something when not a single person of a high level has agreed with you yet.
