Good luck in trying to get it. I know a couple people who have it, but are definitely not willing to part with it.

Also, i can totally agree that spears boosts your pvp and dmg. I dueled Frej today, and lost by a pretty large margin...

Honestly just get a obsidian bow.... You should be fine after that with a decent str build and double shot. Even askolds bow works. (at lower lvls ofc)

Obsidian is just beast... Actually wtf... I could have just used my obby bow, and I could have finished frej off. WTFFFFF!?!?!?
