Are spears good for rouges, damage wise and speed wise?

personally, i feel spears are much more effective once you get to a higher level, i am a level 75 rogue with warden legs boots and helm, zodiac gloves, so i used a rebirth to get rid of all dex and put it on strength, i now do 339 pierce dmg with spear (ancient lance) and am saving for heroic gloves of haste, with the gloves my attack will bed sped up to compare with the slower daggers, so i prefer the spear now that i am a higher level but beofre you have warden armour dagger is the better choice

editing that, once you have the warden dagger, use that opposed to spear, but up until then, use spear

I think I would rather use no weapon then a spear.

i personally think that spear is a good weapon both for rogue and warrior but i would not recommend rogues to use spears unless its IceLord or Winter King spear and to compensate slow attack speed you can get haste gloves

Btw i don’t think 399 mg is good for rogue(even for lvl 75) so u better win in speed using a dagger and don’t think warden/meteoric armour influenses tht lol I am lvl 82 rogue using icelord spear and silver axe of carnage(almost got the golden one) and have warden pants boots helm and zodiac gloves (almost got zodiac helm just need 2 rems more) and reseting all dex isnt really a good move (i have 70 dex and i never miss when i hit)
